Terms and Conditions for the 'Meet The Babysitter' service
Provided by Babysitters R Us
WHEREAS the parties agree as follows:
1. The Client* acknowledges that Sitters are not employees of Babysitters R Us and that the Sitters are independent contractors.
2. Babysitters R Us puts all Sitters through an agency screening process, however Babysitters R Us does not give any warranty concerning the character of the Sitters introduced. It is the responsibility of the Client to accept and approve the suitability of Sitters. If the Client has any concerns regarding the suitability of the Sitter they should contact Babysitters R Us immediately.
3. All Clients who sign up and pay for our 'Meet The Babysitter' service will receive the Sitter's profile details in the form of a Babysitter Profile Booklet. For Privacy and Safety reasons - this booklet and any information contained in the booklet is not to be passed onto any third party and must only be used to assess the suitability of a babysitter for the Client's children.
4. If a Client is found to be in breach of condition 3 (of Terms and Conditions For Meet The Babysitter services Provided by Babysitters R Us) the Client will be charged the full price for of an additional 'Meet The Babysitter' service fee which is $149.
5. All Sign Up fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to any Babysitter Profile Booklets being issued, unless an alternative arrangement has been made with a Babysitters R Us representative.
6. Once the Client has been provided with a Babysitter Profile Booklet the Client is required to contact Babysitters R Us within 14 days to arrange Sitter interviews.
7. Sitter interviews MUST be scheduled within 28 days of the Babysitter Profile Booklet being provided to the Client.
8. Babysitters R Us has the right to refuse registration/sign up to anyone, at any time without explanation.
9. Payment for any 'Meet The Babysitter' Sitter is to be negotiated between the Sitter and the Client. Babysitters R Us has no involvement with this process.
10. Babysitters R Us accepts no responsibility for any damage, injury expense or loss caused by any Sitters referred to the Client by Babysitters R Us.
These terms and conditions constitute your formal agreement with Babysitters R Us and will be referred to by your Babysitters R Us representatives.
*The term ‘Client” refers to the parent/s that are using Babysitters R Us to Sign Up for the 'Meet The Babysitter' Service.
