Our Agency Babysitting team consists of registered sitters who we personally refer directly to parents on a case by case, casual basis. Agency sitters have demonstrated their ability to provide professional, reliable care and come to our agency highly recommended from their previous placements. We feel this is extremely important as parents do not get a chance to screen or interview these sitters themselves and are trusting our judgement. Agency sitters are paid a flat hourly rate of $17.00 per hour (up to 3 children) before midnight and $19.00 after midnight. We handle all job placements and negotiations with the parents and Agency Babysitters' personal contact details are never provided to parents. Looking for work as a NANNY or permanent babysitter? 

Our 'Meet The Babysitter' team  consists of equally skilled and qualified carers who undergo our screening process, behavioural assessment and interviews. MTB carers are matched and introduced to parents who make their final care selection from the carers we send along to be interviewed. MTB carers are fully registered with the agency, but we provide their contact details and personal history to parents who then arrange all the babysitting or nanny sessions.
