Babysitters R Us charges an agency booking fee per babysitting session.
Payment of booking fee is to be made by credit card at the time of booking.
Booking Fee Packages can be purchased in lots of 5, 10 or 20 bookings. Booking Fee Packages
expire 12 months from the date of the first booking session.
All Booking Fee Package purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Payment of the babysitter's hourly rate is to be made directly to the
babysitter in cash, on the day of the session.
Please remember that a minimum of 3 hours is payable to the babysitter.
Parking Fees
Hotel clients are responsible for paying the cost of the babysitter's parking fee were applicable.
Same Day Bookings
For bookings made on the same day as the babysitting session a booking fee of $22 will be payable. Same day bookings need to be made directly to us via phone - or if made via the online form we require at least 6 hrs notice.
Booking Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled by the family less than 24 hours prior to the sitting session
i) The Booking Fee is non-refundable.
ii) A cancellation fee equivalent to the minimum 3 hour booking charge will apply
If a booking is cancelled by the family more than 24 hours prior to the sitting session
i) The Booking Fee is non-refundable.
ii) The family is not required to pay any costs associated with babysitter’s rate
If a booking is cancelled by Babysitters R Us
i) The Booking Fee will be fully refunded to the family
