1. Application submitted

Once you have submitted your application, the agency will process this by assessing your suitability for the agency. If you are unsuccesful in being progressed to the next stage in the recruitment process you will be notified via email.

 

2. Behavioural assessment

The agency will forward you the behavioural assessment to be completed. There are no right or wrong answers for this assessment and it is important that you be honest with your answers. Once the assessment is completed the agency will contact you.

 

3. Interviews conducted by the agency

An interview will be scheduled by the agency at a time that is mutally suitable.

 

4. Reference checks conducted by the agency

The agency will contact all of your references, and then you will be advised by the agency if your registration is succesful.

 

5. Induction pack provided by the agency

If you are successfully registered with the agency we will provide you with a comprehensive induction pack.
